Dr. Vishakh Biradar is a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with over five years of experience, specializing in the mental health needs of young people. He completed his Postdoctoral Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the esteemed St. John’s Medical College and Hospital, Bengaluru.
His expertise includes supporting children and adolescents with academic difficulties, internet and gaming addictions, anger management, socialization challenges, low self-esteem, obesity, anxiety, and self-injurious behaviors. Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), supportive therapy, family therapy, and psychopharmacology, Dr. Vishakh follows an eclectic and individualized approach to care.
