 
															Dr. Muhammed Sadik is a highly respected Clinical Psychologist, academic, and psychotherapist with over a decade of experience. An M.Phil graduate from the Central Institute of Psychiatry (CIP), Ranchi, and licensed under the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), he also holds a Ph.D. focused on interpersonal dynamics and behavioural addictions — exploring how unresolved past relationships shape present behaviours.
Specializing in Psychodynamic Therapy and Core Conflictual Relational Themes (CCRT), Dr. Sadik helps clients identify and transform recurring emotional patterns that contribute to distress and ineffective coping.
He has previously served as a Lecturer and Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology (UPSC) at CIP Ranchi, combining clinical expertise with academic excellence. Currently, he leads as the Director of Psychology Services at MIBO, overseeing clinical programs and delivering advanced psychodynamic interventions that integrate research, relational understanding, and holistic psychological care.
