Cancellation Policy for Mibo the mind expert –
1. Notice Period:
– Cancellation made 48 hours or more in advance: No cancellation fee.
– Cancellation made within 48 to 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: 15% of the session fees will be charged.
– Cancellation made within 24 to 12 hours of the scheduled appointment: 30% of the session fees will be charged.
– Cancellation made within 12 to 6 hours of the scheduled appointment: 40% of the session fees will be charged.
– Cancellation made within 6 to 2 hours of the scheduled appointment: 50% of the session fees will be charged.
– Cancellation made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment: 100% of the session fees will be charged.
2. Exceptional Circumstances:
– In cases of documented emergencies or unavoidable situations, such as a medical emergency or a sudden crisis, exceptions to these cancellation fees may be considered at the discretion of Mibo Health and Happiness Care. Proper documentation or proof of the circumstances will be required.
3. Prepayment:
– Mibo Health and Happiness Care may require prepayment or credit card information to confirm and secure appointments. This is to discourage last-minute cancellations and ensure the availability of premium mental healthcare services.
4. Package Deals:
– If clients have purchased a package of sessions at a discounted rate, cancellations may result in the deduction of sessions from the package according to the above cancellation fee schedule.
5. Communication:
– Clients are encouraged to communicate any changes in their schedule or cancellations as soon as possible to avoid or minimize cancellation fees and to allow for the adjustment of appointment slots.
